"Historic Downtown Plano is transformed into a Charles Dickens winter wonderland. Enjoy holiday music by choirs, carolers and bands. It is a trip back in time to the Victorian Era that has been immortalized by Charles Dickens', 'A Christmas Carol' and 'The Pickwick Papers' and it all comes alive throughout the holiday season in the north of Dallas community of Plano.
